Archibald Douglas 
Archibald was born about 1390 in Douglas, Lanarkshire, Scotland. Archibald's father was Archibald Douglas and his mother is Margaret Stuart. His paternal grandparents were Archibald the Grim Douglas and Joan Moray; his maternal grandparents were Robert III Stewart of Scotland and Annabella Drummond. He had two brothers and a sister, named William, James and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the four children. He died on June 26th, 1439 in Restalrig. He was buried in St. Bride's, Douglas.General Notes
