Granville A. Butcher 
Granville A. was born on August 18th, 1826. Granville A.'s father was John Anderson Butcher and his mother was Christina Alkire. His paternal grandparents were Balthasar Butcher and Elizabeth Bush; his maternal grandparents were John Alkire and Christina McCann. He had ten brothers and four sisters, named Gasper, Joseph Anderson, Jesse, Paulser, Lemuel D., Emmanuel, Thomas P., John R., James Newton, Michael Ervin, Nancy Ann, Sarah, Elizabeth and Margaret Ann. He was the fifth youngest of the fifteen children. He died at the age of 81 on April 24th, 1908.-
