Roy Mitchell Whitlock

Roy Mitchell was born in 1894 in Kentucky.¹ Roy Mitchell's father is Robert Lewis Whitlock and his mother was Sarah Ann Skaggs. His maternal grandfather was Benjamin Owen Skaggs and his maternal grandmother is Missouri Ann Carter. He had two brothers and a sister, named John Benjamin, Robert McKinley and Fannie L.. He is the second oldest of the four children.
