Annie was born on October 12th, 1913 in Spiro, Oklahoma.1 Annie's father was William Oscar Ward and her mother was Lodicia Mastin. Her paternal grandparents are Mathew Ward and Elizabeth Jones; her maternal grandparents are William Gaines Mastin and Annie Taylor. She had three brothers and four sisters, named J. R., Living, Living, Opal Izalia, Betty, Living and Living. She died at the age of 84 on May 22nd, 1998 in Cartwright, Oklahoma.1 General Notes
