Oscar Ward Lewis 
Oscar Ward was born on August 18th, 1933 in Braden, Oklahoma.1 Oscar Ward's father was Tommy Clifford Lewis and his mother was Annie Ward. His paternal grandparents were Theodore Washington Lewis and Mary Emma Ainsworth; his maternal grandparents were William Oscar Ward and Lodicia Mastin. He was an only child. He died at the age of 62 on April 8th, 1996 in Cartwright, Oklahoma.1 General Notes
