Flora Catherine Skaggs

Flora Catherine was born on May 19th, 1859.¹   Flora Catherine's father was Dotson Elbert Skaggs and her mother is Mary Malinda Stapp.  Her paternal grandfather was William Brock Skaggs and her paternal grandmother is Nancy Warner. She has six brothers and two sisters, named William Joshua, John Calvin, Elbert Dotson, Charles, Oscar, George Ernest, Sarah Josephine and Nancy Jane.  She is the oldest of the nine children. She has a half-sister named Mary Frances Warren.
