Mary Frances Warren Skaggs

Mary Frances Warren was born on November 6th, 1852 in Green Co., Kentucky.¹   Mary Frances Warren's father was Dotson Elbert Skaggs and her mother was Tempy Warren.  Her paternal grandfather was William Brock Skaggs and her paternal grandmother is Nancy Warner. She has six half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William Joshua, John Calvin, Elbert Dotson, Charles, Oscar, George Ernest, Flora Catherine, Sarah Josephine and Nancy Jane.
