Drury Thomas Skaggs 
Drury Thomas was born in 1804.1 Drury Thomas' father was James Skaggs and his mother was Anna McColgen. His paternal grandfather was Henry Skaggs and his paternal grandmother is Mary Thompson. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John T., William M., Joel, Samuel H., Martha, Griselda Jane and Lucy. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 77 in 1881 in Madison Co., Missouri.1 General Notes
