James Rogers

James was born in 1814.¹   James' father was Charles Rogers and his mother is Hannah Skidmore.  His maternal grandparents are John Skidmore and Mary Magdalena Hinkle. He had four brothers and a sister, named John, Levi, Noah, Elijah and Margaret.  He was the youngest of the six children.  He died at the age of 47 on November 7th, 1861.¹ 

‌James and Christina were married in a religious ceremony in 1846.¹
