Alea Ann Preston

Alea Ann was born on October 20th, 1847.¹   Alea Ann's father was Booker Preston and her mother was Mary S. Ferguson.  Her paternal grandparents were Moses Preston and Agathy Simmons; her maternal grandparents are Booker Ferguson and Mary Unknown. She had eight brothers and a sister, named Calvin Luther, George Elexander, Patrick Henry, John David, Albiam Alcey, William Morgan, Eugene P., Sempronius and Frances Jane.  She was the fifth youngest of the ten children. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Olander Webb, Pendelton Douglas 'PD', Charles Edward, Ida Alice, Ora Belle and Catherine.  She died at the age of 58 on January 15th, 1906.¹ 

They had four sons and three daughters, named Joseph Estel, Leonard, Walter, William, Edith, Eva and Maud.
