George Fox

George was born about 1834.¹   George's father was Philip Fox and his mother is Ann Hairsine.  His maternal grandparents were Charles Hairsine and Mary Shipley. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Charles, Thomas, William, Rebecca, Mary, Melissa, Jane and Charlotte.  He is the fifth oldest of the nine children.

‌George and Julia were married in a religious ceremony about 1855.¹   They have a daughter named Georgianna.
