Marshall Campbell 
Marshall was born on October 6th, 1879 in McLeansboro, Hamilton Co., Illinois.1 Marshall's father was James Madison Campbell and his mother was Elizabeth Eleanor Mitchell. His paternal grandparents were John, Jr. Campbell and Martha Ann Wheeler. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Leonidas, Harry, Frank, Fred, Annie and Ruth. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 39 on December 7th, 1918.1 General Notes
