Ruth Marie Basham 
Ruth Marie was born on December 30th, 1907 in Sciotoville, Scioto Co., Ohio.1 Ruth Marie's father was James Gallitan Basham and her mother was Lulu Pierce. Her paternal grandfather was John W. Basham and her paternal grandmother is Florence Hansford. She had four brothers and two sisters, named James Franklin, Ralph Lee, Lloyd Pierce, Carl Edgar, Bertha Walden and Lucille Shump. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 85 on February 6th, 1993 in Clovis, Curry Co., New Mexico.1 General Notes
