Octava Basham 
Octava was born on November 12th, 1884 in Kentucky.1 Octava's father was Samuel Logan Basham and her mother was Mary Frances (Mollie) Wilson. Her paternal grandparents were Allen Dowell Basham and Malinda DALTON. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Ivy Murray, Payton, Frances D, Alva Ray, Andrew Logan, Jesse James, Emily Bessie and Alma Rose. She was the fourth oldest of the nine children. She had three half-brothers named William Allen, Charles Luther and Ernest Everette. She died after 1900.1 General Notes
