William Allen Basham 
William Allen was born on May 5th, 1871 in Kentucky.1 William Allen's father was Samuel Logan Basham and his mother was Margaret Ann Eskridge. His paternal grandparents were Allen Dowell Basham and Malinda DALTON. He had two brothers named Charles Luther and Ernest Everette. He was the oldest of the three children. He had six half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Ivy Murray, Payton, Frances D, Alva Ray, Andrew Logan, Jesse James, Octava, Emily Bessie and Alma Rose. He died at the age of 94 on September 7th, 1965 in Hancock Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
