Irene Basham 
Irene was born in 1851 in Mississippi.1 Irene's father was William Farmer Basham and her mother was Mary Mandeville Webb. Her paternal grandparents were Jonathan Basham and Elizabeth Hogan; her maternal grandparents are Jake Webb and Elizabeth Williams. She had six brothers and a sister, named Jacob, William J., Parker Washington, James Jasper, Edwin, Riley Farmer and Mary Elizabeth. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 81 on March 27th, 1932 in Brownwood, Texas. She was buried in Bangs Cem., Bangs, Texas.1 1 General Notes
