Anderson Basham 
Anderson was born about 1834 in Mercer Co., Virginia.1 Anderson's father was Meador Basham and his mother was Polly (Mary) Hans. His paternal grandparents were William Loyd Basham and Ama Meador. He had six brothers and two sisters, named John Henry, Alexander William, James H., George R, Henry C, David Allen, Rhoda Jane and Eliza. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died on February 1st, 1865 in Camp Chase Ohio.1 General Notes
