William Martin Overturf 
William Martin was born in 1815. William Martin's father was Simon Overturf and his mother was Mary DeBolt. His paternal grandfather was Johannes Valentine Oberdorf and his paternal grandmother is Agnes Elizabeth Remley; his maternal grandparents were George DeBolt and Elizabeth Teagarden. He had five brothers and three sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Solomon, George, Eli, Simon Freeman, Jeremiah Debolt, Elizabeth, Minerva, Mariah and Orpha. He is the youngest of the ten children.-
