Mariah Overturf 
Mariah was born on May 16th, 1813 in Newton Twp,Licking Co.,PA. Mariah's father was Simon Overturf and her mother was Mary DeBolt. Her paternal grandfather was Johannes Valentine Oberdorf and her paternal grandmother is Agnes Elizabeth Remley; her maternal grandparents were George DeBolt and Elizabeth Teagarden. She had six brothers and two sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Solomon, George, Eli, Simon Freeman, Jeremiah Debolt, William Martin, Elizabeth, Minerva and Orpha. She was the second youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 38 on January 25th, 1852.-
