Simon Overturf 
Simon was born on January 2nd, 1773 in PA. Simon's father was Johannes Valentine Oberdorf and his mother is Agnes Elizabeth Remley. His paternal grandparents are Balthasar Oberdorf and Magdalena Oberdorf; his maternal grandparents are Hieronymus Rommelle and Margretha UNKNOWN. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Martin, Samuel, Conrad, John Johannes, Catherine and Anna Maria. He died at the age of 47 on March 24th, 1820 in Licking,OH.
‌Simon and Mary were married in a religious ceremony in 1795. They had six sons and three daughters, and also a child of unknown gender, named Solomon, George, Eli, Simon Freeman, Jeremiah Debolt, William Martin, Elizabeth, Minerva, Mariah and Orpha.

Mariah Overturf
Mariah was born on May 16th, 1813 in Newton Twp,Licking Co.,PA. She died at the age of 38 on January 25th, 1852.
