James Martin Overturf 
James Martin was born on August 2nd, 1839. James Martin's father was Conrad Overturf and his mother was Pelina P. Steele. His paternal grandparents were Martin Overturf and Catherine Deitch. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named Merit, Charles Samuel, Julia Ann, Agnes, Catherine, Sarah M., Mary Jane, Elizabeth and Margaret. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He died on June 6th.-
