Catherine Overturf 
Catherine was born on January 18th, 1827. Catherine's father was Conrad Overturf and her mother was Pelina P. Steele. Her paternal grandparents were Martin Overturf and Catherine Deitch. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Merit, James Martin, Charles Samuel, Julia Ann, Agnes, Sarah M., Mary Jane, Elizabeth and Margaret. She is the fourth oldest of the ten children.-
