James Blackburn 
James was born on June 19th, 1758 in York Co.,PA. James' father was John B. Blackburn and his mother was Nancy Maxwell. His paternal grandparents were Archibald Blackburn and Margaret Wilson. He had four brothers and a sister, named Samuel, John, Robert, William D. and Hannah. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 87 in 1845 in York Co.,PA.General Notes
