Eudoxia was born in 1162 in Constantinople, Constantinople, Turkey.  Eudoxia's father was Manolis I Byzantine Empire and her mother was Maria Poitiers.  Her paternal grandparents were Ioannis II Byzantine Empire and St Irene Prisca Princess Of Hungary; her maternal grandparents were Raimond De Poitou and Constance De Hauteville.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 40 on November 4th, 1202.

‌Eudoxia and Guillaume VIII were married in a religious ceremony in 1174.  They had a daughter named Maria.
