Genevieve was born about 1906 in , , Ohio, USA.1 Genevieve's father was Thomas Jefferson Scott and her mother was Jennie Oberley. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas M. Scott and Elizabeth H. TAYLOR. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John Edward, Denver, Elton F., Madlyn, Vera and Bernice. She was the second youngest of the seven children. She died after March 31st, 1970 in Of Portsmouth, Scioto, Ohio.2 General Notes
