Oliver was born about 1772 in Fairforest, Union, South Carolina, USA.1 Oliver's father was Aaron Hart and his mother was Rachel. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Hart and Ester Miles. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Miles, Moses, Aaron, Joseph, Josiah or Aaron, Iredell, Elizabeth and Jane. He was the third youngest of the ten children. He died on May 18th, 1851 in Big Clifty, Grayson, Kentucky. He was buried in Antioch Cemetery In , Grayson, Kentucky, USA.2 3 General Notes
