John Hart 
John was born on November 16th, 1651 in Witney, Oxford, England.1 John's father was Christopher Hart and his mother was Mary Beckley. His paternal grandparents were John Hart and Mary Merton; his maternal grandparents are Joseph Beckley and Ann Smith. He had two brothers and a sister, named Robert, Joseph and Mary. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 62 on September 16th, 1714 in Warminister, Bucks, Pensylvania, USA.1 General Notes

"The Harts trace back to a John and Susannah RUSH HART of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
John Hart, a Quaker, was born in Whitney, Oxford, England and came to America about 1690. His descendants moved into Virginia, North and South Carolina and followed the early migration westward into Kentucky, Tennessee and Ohio.
The group that came to Hardin County were related, probably brothers and-or cousins. They settled along the Nolin River near White Mills and the Big Clifty area. Aaron HART was one of the elder members of this group....
