WHEELERSBURG - Raymond Joseph Bihl, 90, of Wheelersburg died Sunday at River Bend Retirement Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Peter in Chains Church, with Father Peter Gideon officiating. Burial will be in St. Peter in Chains Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home.
