Eleanor was born in 1372 in Upholland, Lancashire.  Eleanor's father was Thomas DE HOLAND and her mother was Alice FITZALAN.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas DE HOLAND and "Fair Maid Of Kent" JOAN; her maternal grandparents were Richard "Copped Hat" FITZALAN and Eleanor PLANTAGENET. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Edmund, John, Joan, Elizabeth, Margaret and Bridget.  She died at the age of 33 on October 18th, 1405 in Bisham, Berkshire, England.  She was buried on October 23rd, 1405 in Bisham, Berkshire.

‌Eleanor and Thomas were married in a religious ceremony on May 23rd, 1399.  They had a daughter named Alice.
