William Charles WIGHTMAN 
William Charles was born on May 22nd, 1856 in Payson, , Utah. William Charles' father was William Charles WIGHTMAN and his mother was Lucretia Jane PEPPER. His paternal grandparents were William WIGHTMAN and DOLLY EATON; his maternal grandparents were George Harrison PEPPER and Jane DIXON. He had eleven brothers and four sisters, named David MORONI, ROY, George, Henry, Lyman Eaton, Harrison PEPPER, CZAR Raymond, Frank LYNVILLE, TENNYSON, Ben ROLLA, VALENTINE, Martha Jane, Lucretia Anna, Mary Elizabeth and Ethel ESTELL. He was the oldest of the sixteen children. He died at the age of 64 on December 26th, 1920.General Notes
