Roelof Lucasse was born on May 9th, 1700 in , , New York. Roelof Lucasse's father was Lucas Stevense Van Voorhees and his mother was Jannetje Minnes. His paternal grandparents were Steven Coerte Van Voorhees and Willempie Roslofse Seubering; his maternal grandparents were Minne Joannes Schenck and Rensje FEDDES. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Minne Lucusse, Albert Lucasz, Elsje, Reinsche and Willemptje Lucasse. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 51 in 1751 in Of Three Mile Ru, , New Jersey.General Notes
