Della was born on November 25th, 1922. Della's father was Benjamin Emmett TIBBITTS and her mother was Mary Bodily Galbraith. Her maternal grandparents were William Layton Galbraith and Ann Elizabeth Bodily. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Benjamin EMMETT, Gayle, Ray Galbraith, David Matthews, Living, THORA and Living.-
