George Sims 
George was born on April 4th, 1818 in Wotton-Under-Edg, Glouchester, ENGLAND. George's father was Samuel Sims and his mother was Sophia COUSINS. His paternal grandparents were John Sims and Elizabeth Ponting; his maternal grandparents were Robert Cousins and Elizabeth Cobb. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Anthony, James, John, Hannah and Rhoda. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 43 on March 3rd, 1862 in Leckhampton, Glouchester, ENGLAND.
George and Caroline were married in a religious ceremony on April 4th, 1843 in Salem Chapel, Cheltenham, Gloucs, ENGLAND. They had two sons and six daughters, named Lorenzo, Lorenzo Obostick, Martha, Mary, Hannah Maria Septima, Samuel John, Priscilla and Octavia Jacosa.
