Garret Roelofse Schenck 
Garret Roelofse was born on October 9th, 1671 in Flatlands, Long Island, New York, United States. Garret Roelofse's father was Roelof Martinse Schenck and his mother was Neeltje Gerretse Van Couwenhoven. His paternal grandparents were Martin SCHENCK and Maria Margareth BOCKHURST; his maternal grandparents were Garret Gerrit Wolferse Vankouenhoven and Aeltie COOL. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Marten Roelofse, Martin, Jan (John) Roelofse, Annetje, Janetje (Jonica) Roelofse, Marike Roelofse, Marytje Roelofse and Jane Roelofse. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 73 on September 5th, 1745 in Holmdel, Monmouth, New Jersey, United States.General Notes
