Sarah Catherine was born on February 16th, 1665 in New Amsterdam, New York, New York and her baptism took place there on February 16th, 1665. Sarah Catherine's father was Joannes NEVIUS and her mother was Adriaentje BLEIJCK. Her paternal grandparents were Joannes NEVIUS and Maria BECX or BECKS; her maternal grandparents were Cornelius De Potter and Swantje JANS. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Johannes, Cornelis, Cornelius, Pieter (Peter), Sara, Marie, Catherine Johanna and Johanna. She was the second youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 57 in 1722 in New Amsterdam, New York, NY. She was buried in 1722 in Bowery Bay, Kings, NY.General Notes
