Catherine Johanna Nevius 
Catherine Johanna was born on February 16th, 1665 in Flatlands, Long Island, (Now Queens), New York and her baptism took place on February 16th, 1665. Catherine Johanna's father was Joannes NEVIUS and her mother was Adriaentje BLEIJCK. Her paternal grandparents were Joannes NEVIUS and Maria BECX or BECKS; her maternal grandparents were Cornelius De Potter and Swantje JANS. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Johannes, Cornelis, Cornelius, Pieter (Peter), Sara, Marie, Sarah Catherine and Johanna. She was the third youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 42 on July 12th, 1707 in Flatlands, Long Island, (Now Queens), New York. She was buried on July 14th, 1707 in Brooklyn Ferry, New York, NY.General Notes
