John Hugh Harper 
John Hugh was born on January 8th, 1870 in Parowan, Iron, UT. John Hugh's father was Joseph Hugh Leach Harper and his mother was Harriet Alzina WORDEN. His paternal grandparents were John Nelson Harper and Margaret LEACH; his maternal grandparents were Nathaniel Printiss WORDEN and Harriet Alvira TEEPLES. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Joseph Alvin, George Nathaniel, Annie, Adah Alzina and Harriet Loretta. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 79 on June 29th, 1949.-
