Adah Alzina was born on August 3rd, 1878 in Parowan, Iron, Utah. Adah Alzina's father was Joseph Hugh Leach Harper and her mother was Harriet Alzina WORDEN. Her paternal grandparents were John Nelson Harper and Margaret LEACH; her maternal grandparents were Nathaniel Printiss WORDEN and Harriet Alvira TEEPLES. She had three brothers and two sisters, named John Hugh, Joseph Alvin, George Nathaniel, Annie and Harriet Loretta. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 95 on November 4th, 1973 in Safford, Graham, Arizona. She was buried on November 7th, 1973 in Central, Graham, Arizona.-
