Louis Alfred was born on January 14th, 1910 in Central, UT. Louis Alfred's father was Robert Henry CHADBURN and his mother was Dinah Ann HUNT. His paternal grandparents were Henry CHADBURN and Mary Dorinda LLOYD; his maternal grandparents were James WILSON HUNT and Elizabeth Vaughan. He had a brother and six sisters, and also two siblings of unknown gender, named Robert Floyd, Jetta, Fay, Ruth, Dora, Mildred, Verna, Vaughan and Imogene.
