Peter BALLOU 
Peter was born on July 15th, 1732 in Glocester, Providence, RI. Peter's father was Nehemiah BALLOU and his mother was Mary HALL. His paternal grandparents were James BALLOU and Susanna WHITMAN; his maternal grandparents were Zuriel HALL and Susanna Sheffield. He had nine brothers and six sisters, named UNKNOWN, Zuriel, Nehemiah, Joseph, Ballou, Seth, Zuriel, Nehemiah, Joseph, Patience, Mary, Uranah, Susanna, Patience and Susanna. He was the eighth youngest of the sixteen children. He died at the age of 85 in March 1818 in Littlefield, NY.General Notes
