Nancy Pryor 
Nancy was born in 1752 in Gloucester, Virginia. Nancy's father was Samuel Pryor and her mother was Prudence Thornton. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Pryor and Elizabeth Virginia Green; her maternal grandparents were William Jr. Thornton and Prudence Willis. She had eight brothers and two sisters, named Robert, William, Francis (Frank), Joseph, Samuel, Luke, Thornton, John, Martha and Mary (Mollie). She was the youngest of the eleven children.-
