William IX Brereton

William IX was born in 1414 in Brereton, Cheshire, England. William IX's father was William VIII Brereton and his mother was Alice Corbet. His paternal grandparents were Sir William VII Brereton and Angella de Venables; his maternal grandparents were John Corbet and Joan. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Ralph, Randall, Alice Elizabeth and Joan. He was the oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother named Thomas. He died at the age of 42 in 1456.
