Marthena Cunard 
Marthena was born on April 29th, 1845. Marthena's father was John Cunard and her mother was Nancy Johnson. Her paternal grandparents were Edward Cunard and Judith Hirst; her maternal grandparents were George Johnson and Susanna. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Elbert, Newton, Henry, James Clark, Susan A., Eliza Jane, Sarah Ann and Caroline. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She had three half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named Columbus, John , Jr., Mathias, Manervia Ann, Frances N., Jumina, Eveline, Mary, Matilda and Nancy.-
