Jean Francois Jean Baptiste Pothier

Jean Francois Jean Baptiste was born on August 12th, 1682 in Lachine, Quebec.¹   Jean Francois Jean Baptiste's father was Étienne Pothier-Laverdure and his mother was Michelle De Lahaie.  His paternal grandparents were Pierre Pothier and Marie Danbonet; his maternal grandparents were Francois Lahaie and Nicole Lepron. He had two brothers and a sister, named Jean, Toussaint and Marie.  He was the youngest of the four children.
