Marie-Jeanne Greslon Dit was born about 1662 in Probably Region Of Chateau-Richer, Quebec Province, Canada.1   Marie-Jeanne Greslon Dit's father was Jacques Greslon Dit Laviolette and her mother was Jeanne Vignault.  Her paternal grandparents were Jacques Greslon and Catherine Fauveau; her maternal grandparents were Abel Vignault and Suzanne Bonneau. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Pierre, Jean, Francois, Louis, Pierre, Ursule Marie Greslon Dit, Anne, Marguerite, Marie, Genevieve and Angelique.  She was the third oldest of the twelve children.  She died on June 8th, 1731 in Quebec, Canada.

‌Marie-Jeanne Greslon Dit and Pedro were married in a religious ceremony on May 16th, 1677 in L'ange Guardien, Montmorency, Quebec.1   They had seven sons and seven daughters, named Pierre, Jean Marie, Francois, Nicolas Dasilva Dit, Dominique, Jean Marie, Jean Marie, Marie-Louise, Marie Madeleine, Marie Therese, Marie Elisabeth, Marie Anne, Jeanne Catherine and Marie Jeanne.
