Reginald De was born about 1113 in Vermandois, Normandy, France. Reginald De's father was 2nd Earl Surrey William II deWarrenne Count and his mother was Isabel (Elizabeth) Of Vermandois De Crepi Countess of Leicester. His paternal grandparents were William I deWarenne and Gundred-Gunereda of St. Omer; his maternal grandmother was Adelle (Adelaide) Vermandois. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Ralph (Warren) De, Gundred De, Ada De and Adelian De. He had three half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named Waleran De, 'Bossu', Hugh De, Auberie De, Miss De, Havoise De, Amicade De, Adeline De, Maude De, Isabel (Elizabeth) De and Agnes De. He died after 1178.-
