Gundred De was born about 1117 in Warwick, Warwickshire, England.  Gundred De's father was 2nd Earl Surrey William II deWarrenne Count and her mother was Isabel (Elizabeth) Of Vermandois De Crepi Countess of Leicester.  Her paternal grandparents were William I deWarenne and Gundred-Gunereda of St. Omer; her maternal grandmother was Adelle (Adelaide) Vermandois. She had three brothers and two sisters, named William, Reginald De, Ralph (Warren) De, Ada De and Adelian De. She had three half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named Waleran De, 'Bossu', Hugh De, Auberie De, Miss De, Havoise De, Amicade De, Adeline De, Maude De, Isabel (Elizabeth) De and Agnes De.  She died after 1167 in Warwickshire, England.  She was buried in Kelso, Roxburghshire, Scotland.
