Matilda Empress of Germany Queen of was born on August 5th, 1102 in Winchester, Hampshire, England.  Matilda Empress of Germany Queen of's father was Henry I Beauclerc of England and her mother was Matilda Dunkeld of Scotland.  Her paternal grandparents were King William The Conqueror and Matilda de Flanders. She had two brothers named William and Richard. She had four half-brothers and six half-sisters, named William, Robert, William, Reginald, Sybilla, Rohese, Gundrada, Elizabeth, Matilda and Matilda.  She died at the age of 67 on September 10th, 1169 in Notre Dame, Rouen, Seine-Maritime, Normandy.
