Josephine Louvina was born on December 1st, 1868.1 Josephine Louvina's father was Charles CRISMON and her mother was Louisa Christine BISCHOFF. Her paternal grandparents were George CHRISMON and Elizabeth HAGLER; her maternal grandparents were Christian BISCHOFF and Johanne Marie RASMUSSEN. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named Alfred Charles, Ernest, Oscar, Joseph Benjamin, David, Herman Eugene, Charles "B", George Franklin, Nettie May, Ada Amanda and Louisa Alexandria. She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. She had nine half-brothers and fourteen half-sisters, named George C., James, Charles, John Franklin, Walter Scott, Oliver, Fredrick Wilcox, Herbert John, Carl, Marthajane, Esther Ann, Samantha, Mary Ann, Emily Precinda, Ellen, Cynthia, Annie Eliza, Elizabeth, Mary Adeline, Clara Louise, Della Gertrude, Nellie and Annie Telula.-
