Earl of Cromwell was born in Winchester,Hampshire,England.  Earl of Cromwell's father was John, "Lackland" Plantagenet and his mother was Isabella Of Angouleme Taillefer.  His paternal grandparents were Henry II Curmantle Plantagenet and Eleanor of Aquitaine; his maternal grandparents were Aymer De Taillefer and Alix De Courtenay. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Henry III, Richard , Earl of Cornwall and Poitiers, Prince of England, Joan, Princess of, Isabel Princess Of and Eleanor Princess Of. He had nineteen half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named Richard De, Richard, Eudo, Geofrey, Henry, John, Ivo, UNKNOWN, Oliver, of, Henry, John, Henry III, Richard, Osbert, Hugh XI De, Geoffrey De, Guy De, William De Lusignan, Aymer Ademar De, Joan of England Princess of North, Isabel La, Joanne, Eleanor, Alice Le Brun De, Marguerite De, Agatha Agnes De and Isabella De.  He died on April 2nd, 1272 in Berkhamsteadcast,Berkhamstead,Hertfordshire,England.
